We have air-conditioned storage units, outside drive up units, and large RV parking spots. For security, each unit is individually alarmed. All of the AC unit ceilings are insulated.  You can choose from 12 different size units from 25 sq. ft. to 600 sq. ft.

There are  video  security cameras thoughout the property and  security monitoring devices on both gates. The property has high perimeter fencing. We have new, state of the art high intensity lighting and an on-site manager.  For extra security,  each customer has a unique entry code.

We have large  moving carts to assist you in the  loading of your belongings,  a full line of packing supplies, a dump station is available for our RV customers, and  we have a propane fill up station for all of our customers.

Our partner company, Arizona Total Auto Care, is at the same location. This is a full service automobile repair facility. 

QUESTION: What questions should I ask when shopping for storage?

ANSWER: What is the monthly rental cost? Is there an administration fee? Can I use my own lock, or do I have to purchase a lock? Do I have to purchase  your insurance, or can I use my own insurance? What is the lease term? What are the gate hours?

ANSWER:   

5X5 -  Small room or closet

5x10 - Studio apt, business files

10x10 - 2 bedroom apt, business stock

10x20 - 3 or 4 bedroom house

10x25 - 4 or 5 bedroom house, car

10x30 - 5 bedroom house, car, business equipment 

12x30 - Mansion, boat, car, boy toys

12x40 - Parking spots,  RV , boats, food trucks, vans, 5th wheel, trailer.
